Pulled the Trigger front cover “Pulled the Trigger” is volume 4 of a series of book of Janet Kuypers’ poetry (the Editor in Chief) that have appeared in past issues and supplements of cc&d magazine (“Children, Churches and Daddies”: the UN-religious, NON-family oriented literary and art magazine, founded June 1993 by Scars Publications, http://scars.tv). This volume contains writing from volumes v189 (the October 2008 issue) through v215 (the December 2010 issue). Also containing material from supplement issues (like chapbooks released with performance art shows), this collection even shows the cover of each issue highlighted on the volume. (If any piece of writing appears in multiple places, it only appears once in the collection book series.) The first three books in this series include “Finally, Literature for the Snotty and Elite”, “a Wake-Up Call from Tradition”, and “the one thing the government still has no control over”. All titles are chosen from subtitles of individual issues of cc&d, and all covers are actually a chosen past cover of cc&d magazine.
