So, heck with metaphors,
Lovecraft’s statement, however
Taken as true
Would explain things like
Blissful obedience
Community involvement
Civic pride on a photo-op Grin Level
And someone thinking my wife was serious
When she said the new icemaker
Saved our marriage,
Barky-Barky
Bikey-Bikey
Remove a sad-faced Christ, and I saw this
In my Baltimore Catechism

I love cats
I love every kind of cat
