Where some see
a parade

Others see a riot

The way I once ran
from a roaring flag-
waiving sports arena

is the way I now run
towards the atheism

Can you make those
burgers to go?
Can you deliver a pizza
to a psychiatric holding cell?

The sooner I learn how
to take up golf
the sooner I can leave
the emergency room

Where others see
a riot or parade

I just see a God
torn apart by thousands
in a blinding hungry rage
