here has been restless, Emma, where love lives
in the sullen skull, & i have grubbed in the dust
so heart in me might be alive; but i know now
this is your heart, your mind, here inside me,
& there is nobody good enough to replace you,
nothing else befitting this my sickness
but you; so i wait patient alone & chronicle us
