Art And Ritual

In every cool of the day, I walk out of myself,
and I have learned to wander within as art & ritual.
To bring to peace my dying heart,
I wander to the crystalline waters.

to which the face of the water dances as an art.
And there I have learned, to behold my face in its face,
and as it hides no truth of me; and its face dances
in the rhythm of my many sadness.

As a ritual, daily I sat down here in bathing - my - memories,
with every - one - of my tears that falls into the
- water - as it expands to form oceans of grief.
The glittering of this ocean make me forget myself,
at the house of grief, to which I kneeled daily in rituals,
ones not performed with arms of the flesh, but mighty.
