wind of gale
purple black and blue
wall of thing

geometric fist
coming down
the street
hard

little xed-out eyes
hyperbolic frown
smoking head
bulldozed
flat
pencil cartoon
i am one of those
a death-drawing
with detail
a morphine shadow
at one with eternal pavement

and comes the rain
washes sewerward
my chalky lines
the bloodless drizzle
the houses
raise their hands
to lips
as if to gasp
“oh”
no yellow tape
no thin blue line
this time no
body
but

little microchips greasy
with memory
i am encrypted noise
smoke of the search engine
some of me keyboards
some of me processor bright eyes
some clenched and pressing angiocyberplasty
against the vault of being
some
geometric fist
moving slow bloom
of instant evolution
some moving extinction
down the street
