Eviction

It was on Calle Batalla de Villalar
From Burgos capital
Where the neighbors painted this story
That is not a story
But a sad reality:
That the woman and wife
Ran away from a house
Where the husband abused her
And the Savings Bank or Bank
This morning they were evicted
Of their mortgaged house
For not paying and not reaching the end of the month.
She dragged two small children
While the husband, angrily
Left next to the container
Furniture and a toilet bowl
For screwing up the Bank.
Also, for malice against his wife
He threw into the container
A guitar that she played beautifully
That disappeared from there
Because it was grabbed by a beggar
That he took her away
Street ahead
With haste and fear, saying:
-If I escape from it
I don’t want more guitars
Of marriages with anger.
It hurts not being able to stop
In front of the R’o Vena Civic Center
And play it
Well, she listened to neighbors
That went after him, for him, saying:
-That wandering takes, the smartass.
If we catch him, he’s going to find out.
Two ladies who left the Day Center
“Juan de Padilla”
Came to see what was happening
Among them commenting when seeing the marriage:
- Yes. He is Miguel de Vergas!
A rounded whorehouse
That impregnated two daughters of a doctor
And to the housekeeper
Of a pedophile priest.
-Yes. And his wife Santas
Is a virtuous and pious woman
But very vague
That she doesn’t bring home money.
-Then, Baldomera
That’s the marital problem.
-What problem Minguela?
-This. You know:
When money does not come into the house
Love goes out the window.
-It’s the plain truth.
