When you die you go to Hell if you’re bad,

have been bad that is, you’re dead so you go
to the place that squares with your behavior,
I’ll be going to Hell, for example,
according to my Sunday School teacher
and she’ll be going to Heaven and I
wish that we could be together after
we’re finished living, together in death
and not just dead the both of us and I
told her so after Sunday School today
but she started to cry, then reached for me
and tousled my hair and said Gale, if you
believe in Jesus then you’ll never die
so I just said Yes ma’am, praise His holy
name and then walked home. Look who’s crying now.
