Gloria Lauris is a Canadian writer living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Ms. Lauris has degrees in sociology and in art history and is a retired government worker. Her creative writing is inspired by a combination of her education, experiences, and observations. She writes on various nonfiction topics including animal welfare, travel, gardening and food.
