I used to be in a punk band and we’d yell,

“Switch!”
And we’d switch
our instruments,
the drummer
going to the guitar,
the guitarist
going to the bass,
the bassist
going to the mic,
and the singer
going to the drums,
except

none of us knew
the instruments
we’d switch too,
so we’d just beat them
into submission,
this massive brawl
where we’d yell,
“Switch!”
And we’d keep doing that
until either us
or the instruments
were dead.
