Dear Conscience,

    I have had more of you than I can take. What is your damage? Do you have to badger me about everything? Whatever happened to positive reinforcement? You‣re always reprimanding me and you‣re so damn harsh. You could warn me beforehand when you know I‣m about to fuck up, but noooo, you have to wait until afterwards. That‣s when you come with the guilt trip and your cheap illustrations that show me what I could‣ve done instead. They play like an old, boring, public access program. You pretentious bastard. You‣re probably laughing at me right now. I ought to reach in and pull you out by your cerebral cortex and choke the living crap out of you, but that‣d probably hurt me more than it would you. Just watch your back, smart ass. One of these days, I‣ll throw caution to the wind and kill both of us. We‣ll see what you have to say then.
