Alone and hungry
I found
In my empty fridge
Expired biscuits
And I dressed them
With four month old butter
And how delicious
They were
Everything
In
This
World
Is old and terminated
But carefully preserved
Meticulously conditioned
For existance
It seems this world is awaiting
The grand finale
Or the great punch line
That never connects
And I realize
My greatest line
Is yet to be
Discovered
So I conditionally wait
Alone and less hungry
For my five minutes of fame
With the great clock ticking
The great lines
Running in circles
And I sit and calculate
For the late precision
Of discovery
To find
Me too
