    Bob Johnston is a retired petroleum engineer and translator, a nonagenarian, and an ex-drunk. He lives in the original Las Vegas, New Mexico, with a wife and three cats. He is occupied mainly in an effort to complete his memoirs and The Great American Novel ahead of the Ultimate Deadline.
