cared to paint came from inside his
soul, not from the outside/ his

women were beautiful on canvas when
they first got together/ but when ready for
the next one, the beautiful image got ugly, &

he always had the next one ready before
disposing of the image now ugly/ thus
sparing Pablo of any relationship at all/ seen

at coffeehouses with Bracht to discuss painting as
Modigliani spent all his money on paints &
starved himself to death with his girlfriend / O

love & beauty is all U need to know, for
everything else is deprivation &
HORROR ...

!
