was a

a feminist,
and
a person of color”

SHE
“read the Call to Action”
and was
“grateful for our students’ bravery”

SHE
saw their list of
“some two dozen microagressions
and acts of bias”
and was
“eager to lend my support”

then SHE
“noticed my course on the list”

SHE
“reacted with surprise,
embarrassment,
and----
to be candid----
indignation”

SHE,
and SHE
was not alone,
did not consider this a fable
