Tom Sheehan, (27 years retired), now in his 93rd year, (31st Infantry, Korea 1950-52; Boston College 1952-56), has published his 50th 51st, 52nd book with Taj Mahal Press in India, (Fables, Fairy Stories, Folk Lore and Fantasies; Poems of the Kitchen Table and Ruby’s File; and Sheehan’s Angle and View of Short Stories by the Bunch. That publisher also has four novels under consideration.
Sheehan has, in the writers’ freelance industry, multiple works in Rosebud, The Linnet’s Wings (Ireland-100), Copperfield Review, Literally Stories (UK-135), Frontier Tales, Green Silk Journal, Rope &Wire Magazine in Oregon (about 800 western stories). He has 18 Pushcart nominations, 6 Best of Net nominations (one winner). Latest books released are The Grand Royal Stand-off and Other Stories; Small Victories for the Soul VII; and Poems and Reflections for Proper Bostonians. Back Home in Saugus, a short story collection, and Beneath My Feet This Rare Earth Slips into the Far-side of Another’s Telescope, another collection, are with different publishers.
