SHe’s not just the puffed out Guy in the Sky
with beard and convenient
drapery designed
with the shrewdness of art
to keep modest, as we
might want the future
To Be

But SHe’s also
the Nuclear Reactor
That in a trice
transforms into
a bomb
and blight
and plague
the end of Being
designed
with the cunning of capital

Whom we’re to adore as well
with emulating folly
