Charles Darnell is a member of the Sun Poet’s Society in San Antonio, Texas. His work has appeared in many anthologies, journals, and magazines, most recently in The Ocotillo Review, The Texas Poetry Calendar, Poetry at Round Top Anthology, Waco Wordfest Anthology, Through Layered Limestone, and The Inspirity Peace Anthology. His chapbook, “Water, Tongues, Earth, and Blood” was nominated by Finishing Line Press for the Texas Institute of Letters Best First Book of Poetry in 2019.
