Blurred days bleed
nebulous inked nights,
suffocating silence insinuates
into nerve and fiber,
creeps under my skin,
tears me asunder

I yearn
for screaming solitude,
so
cloister alone
in dangerous safety
dream darkness,
become numb

Dreams derailed
sweat & thrash,
gnaw at fingernails,
in cold nakedness,
unmoored i sink
and sink into deep blue
my lips,
stained purple
