My Whipple procedure
had to be aborted
in the first trimester;
my liver didn’t look right
and biopsied positive,
so they closed and sent me home.

I am now considered
stage IV and terminal,
as you can’t chase adenocarcinoma
with a knife.

I refuse to die.
I am going to UCLA
to be in a clinical trial
on immunotherapy.
