I’m early for my first day of quasi-work at this quasi-job. I shouldn’t be so pessimistic about it, but when I know the difference for me between a job and a career, when I know how I stumbled into this positin, well, it gets easier for me to sound like I’m above this all.
Which I shouldn’t say, because it IS work, which I have not had for 6 months, and it gives me a reason to not hem and haw about my internet connection.
Anbd on that note, I wonder if John will get enteract to get me an installer for Macintoshhes. And I wonder if his brother will do Activer-Serverworking on his machine.
Sorry. I’ll just get back to this whole job thing.
I’m processing orders, and possibly doing some receptionist work. For the internet modeling company magazine Body Body. I started as a model here they have YET to use a photo of me that they took for the magazine. So it has been an interesting lack-of-moneyjob, interesting to see how models think and act, but otherwise fruitless.
It gave me a reason to put make-up on every once in a while.
So I’m here early and I don’t know if when this hourly job means I won’t model.
