This is an amazingly light day for orders. Chantene is emailing a guy about how to give a woman an orgasm. Jeanine is here taking photos of one model, and there were only 2 faxes for orders this morning. All the items are for things we have in stock. I rang the credit card orders through, i xeroxed them, i left willis’ copy on his keyboard, and i stapled the consumer copy to the original form, I filled the envelopes with their form and a card and their purchase, i stapled a copy to the packageso Chantene could process it, and i filed the other two copies by name and by date. so i’m done. and i write here.

if this is the way it was whenever i was here, i might not hate this place so much. it just amazes mehow disorganized this place is and how much monbey they probably lose in the process, but there are days like yesterday, where there was a lot to do and chantene was a bitch and i want to quit. everyone seems tired and sick today. i know willis will hate this lack of orders, but from our end it is nice.

i wonder what a cock he will actually be like when he comes in.

you know, i get paid today.

chantene starts school on the 23rd. she won’t be coming in that monday.

grrr.

should i quit by then? errr. she’ll work tuesday, thursday, friday, saturday. so it will be just monday when she is not here. it’s strange, what i want to do...

other notes:

* stop by or call arvey to see if they can order the latgest binders they can get of the heat binders i have to use.

---

i need cardboard so i can generate cool covers for the existing binding. i am comforted that only 6 copies of r&r need to be made because only a few people have paid for it. i can do 10 copies and keep a few for myself.

as long as i can get larger binders from arvey.

this will be the same spheil for the d.r. for me. i’ll divide it up by poems, prose, old poems, new ones, the recovery, blah blah blah. i like the idea of having the book exist in three parts or more so that all this stuff can exist together. i could do r&r as well as the d.r. that way.

even the novel, if i could ever get john to finish reading it and editing it, so i could complete it.

it would be so cool if i could get all of this shit done.

i still think that it would be KICK ASS if i could get the mons. printer to work with my laptop. then i could save my color printing for home.

which i’ll deal with.

jesus, it just turned 11. only 6 more hours. willis is supposed to eventually show up. maybe i should act like i am doing something work-related.

og shit. i keep thinking of more web things. i should read the internet letters i received this morning and respond to it. i should look at body body on then et to see what lingerie they have.

this can all be done saturday though, while i am at monsanto. i keep coming up with more things for me to tonight and i only have a few hours. and i want to see john in that time.

every day, when i get to spend alone time with john, well, it’s so nice. it is like it washed away all of the bad things that have happened during the day. i guess it also makes me feel so tired at the end of the day because i have no slated chores to take care of then. which makes me not care about ANYTHING. which is probably not a good thing, but since i am used to being so wiredi’ll take it. i was going to take a bath last night, and i asked john if i should, and he said, yes, i should because i usually don’t let myself unwind.

and he’s probably right.

i think i’m going to grow my hair out until the wedding, keep the red highlights, then maybe at the honeymoon, cut my hair off. like boyishly short. keep styling differently, having it trimmed differnetly, as it grows. i wonder if that would work, though, if my hair is too curly and i would look like some bad 70s ghetto kartoon kid, like i was a character on fat albert.

hee hee.

it would be nice to do something, though, something not ’feminiine”, but something that wouldn’t be seen as dutch or dykish. like that deal milkmen song... don’t tell me that you’re an intellectual; you’re just another boring bisexual.

hee hee again.

damn, it’s 11:43 now, 32 seconds, and still no work and no willis. do the gods in heaven do this to me so i won’t be sure about quitting?

i like throwuing out all the religious references, just because they are inherently blasphenous.

well, okay. just for shits and giggles.

they’ve got noon interviews and it is ten to noon this time now. willis should be coming for this. so i should close up. i’d like my lunch too, which is in the fridge with the sida in the back room which only willis has a key to. maybe if he gets here i can eat while the interviews are going on.

oh, wait, shit, i’ll probably have to sit at the front desk while they are having interviews, and i am not allowed to be eating while i am up here. this place is so back-ass and retarded.

just finished doing some work for them. chantene said she’s not feeling well. then she added that you don’t get sick days here.duh. even for a place with a regiment of any sort, part-timers are expected to work. willis wanted me to steam a jessica mcclintock negligee; chantene told me before that willis doesn’t want the steamer close to the fabric, which kind of makes the whole notion of ’steaming” pointless for the damn thing.

but it’s done.

then chantene asked me to file some perma-long-term files which are sorted by the first letter in the last name, then placed half-hazardly fashion in a filing cabinet in the back room where there is no room for a chair and you have to sit on old photography boxes next to the dryer and the microwave.

so i straightened out the files while i was at it, adding the new files. joanna speaks polish as well as english. it’s strange to hear another language spoken so fluently like that.

3:55 p.m. 53 seconds

i don’t know what to do for dinner tonight. i should but some v8 and some other food at the grocery store on my way home. it’s weird to have NO PLAN for dinner.. willis will set me up for a photo shoot, but i don’t know when.
