I’m tired of being alone so much
and I’m tired of missing you
and I’m tired of wanting a future with you
and I’m tired of wanting you around me

sometimes I think when I’m about
to go to sleep
that the extra pillow next to me
in my bed, well, that extra pillow could be you

as I said, maybe I’m just dying for attention
maybe I’ve been looking for
the wrong kind of attention

maybe everything what I was looking for
was right in front of me all along
