a new year, a new beginning
a part of everyone thinks
it’s a chance to start anew
and you know, most everyone
makes New Years Resolutions
lose weight
exercise more
let’s see how long that lasts

but a part of everyone wants
to start all over again

okay
twenty
ten
this is your chance

time to do everything
just right

so
don’t forget to take your mittens
don’t forget to brush your teeth

don’t forget to say thank you
don’t forget to write
