It’s What We’re Full Of

Mark Fleury

It’s what we’re full of,
To become other

Each’s healing: Work;
Making love; and meditation.
Faith is that I trust
That I’m inside of you, taking care
Of you, as you are for me.
Besides, drugs never put me
Anywhere, or Demon.
Because only time is outside
Of space as the only way in
What can’t be lost: LOVE.
That’s just how it manifests.

The only lie is thinking
I can contrive it. Space directed inward
Automatically is from inside.
Stopping. Unprojected. Here. Exactly
No distance traveled.
Time as a chattering self
Says “Go ahead, leave,” though it’s always

Here. No delay between confusion
And forgiveness. I had to look.
I mean I thought my own mind
Was a time machine! My confession:
Content is ink.

Forgive me Father
For I have a grin
From Immaculate perception.
