That Breath, Spirit and Speech

That breath, spirit and speech are
The same has unlocked the strangle
Hold of the room. The sacrificial fire

Is like a photocopy machine,
Clown mask singed.

The one who pushes ‘start’
Keeps making new Father figures.

One Angel with many names.

I want to fish from a hotel
Room window in Paris and reel
The catch onto a plate to show
That the moon above the Seine is
A bleeding third eye.
It has the red

Of a firefighter’s helmet
And is a dying name.

If only elephants could talk,
Then I wouldn’t have to search
My own bones for a family.

All of the photocopied
Projections of enemies are of

A body, a name I keep consuming

With the oxygen that’s as wide
Open as description’s sky.
