The saturation of ink
Into specific places in paper

Is what a human body
Has in common with a tree.

Can you see the dripping

Light? It’s forming a pool
Of the Moon’s content,
Disappeared and as full

As the midday Sun.

In the back of it,
Where its liquid heat

Trembles, my bones have
The same pivots

As stems and branches.

The 4-D Window
Lapped by golden

Waves of sound.
