And take eyes into nowhere’s rays,
Every birth is east of Christ’s
Core: a glowing orange lake,

Full of dead

Beams, earth-bound and red.

Guilt is a gray apple,
A body rotting

In elemental language,

Aching for shore’s Heaven.
