We Think Of Doing A Good Deed
But Never Pay It The Proper Heed.
He Really Did,. ( Mean To DoWell ),
YouWill Often Hear Some One Tell.
One May Think Well For Others Needs
But Do Not Help With Any Good Deeds.
Goodness Then, Is To Often Brought
Only In Our Mind With Mental Thought.
One May Proceed On Their Merry Way
While Wishing All Others A Happy Day.
In The Minds These Good Deeds Stay
And Never Allowed To Come Into Play.
When One Can Only Find The Time
To Do Good Deeds Within Their Mind.
This Goodness Can Never Be Weighed
When Their Good Deeds Are Not Displayed
This May Sound Insensitive Or Funny
But Who Offers Their Time, Effort Or Money.
You May Ask For Whatever You Please,
But Seldom Be Offered Any Of These.
One Way To Measure Our Spiritual Health
By How Wešve Used Our Personal Wealth.
Wealth Is Our Money , Effort, And Time.
To Offer One Of Any, Is And Offer Divine
Death Will In Time Cast Its Fatal Spell
All Will Be Counted, Each Deed Of Our Dwell.
When These Are Measured For Heaven Or Hell.
Did We Help Others, Strangers And Brothers;
Or Did We Ride The Greedy Side Of Our Life's Rail,
As We Only Meant, But Never Sent, Them Well !
