PLANE EXPLOSION

(C)1995 By Paul L. Glaze

A Commercial Plane Flies High Overhead.
The Weather Is Clear, Its Flyers Are Fed.
All Is Calm As It Is Supposed To Be.
People Are Reading And Resting Patiently.

It Was A Usual Fight On A Jet Plane.
A Bomb Explodes And People Go Insane.
It Happened Suddenly, There Was No Alarm.
No Way To Seek Safety Or Escaping Harm.

A Flight Attendant Was In The Planes Tail.
She Was Fixing Meals Or Resting A Spell.
The Tail Broke Off And Begin Its Fall.
She Knew Death Was Making Its Call.

But The Tail Sailed Down In A Gentle Spin.
Protecting Its Occupant Safe Within.
The Attendant Was Living A Life Of Charm.
She Landed Safely With Minimal Harm.

She Was The Only One To Survive The Crash.
It Wasnąt Her Time For Deaths Lethal Lash.
We All Will Go When Our Time Goes Away.
But Not A Second Before That Date And Day.

For That Is The Way
Our Fates Do Play.
We Die When We Die,
And Do It Their Way !
