EULOGY

Gregory Liffick

Several
yellow, lined
pad pages
give
their lives
for my poems.
Many
ink pens
spill their
black and blue
blood.
My art
is driven by
stationery.
I write
in praise
of
office supplies.
I remember
their
sacrifice.
