have beards, and look
menacing. Not these. They
sit in suits on Sunday motning
besides wives who smile
and know the words to #8220;drinking
at the Springs of Living Water#8221;
by heart. They pay taxes,
work hard, and raise their kids
to be little xerox xopies
of all theyhhate, which is
considerable. So, when it#8217;s
discovered on a Monday
that Jummy Gratano
killed himself,
#8220;I#8217;m just not like the other boys.#8221;
they pray for him, tell his parents
how #8220;sad#8221; it is, firing up
another hymn, aiming a prayer,
and walking away scot-free.
