I Am In A Bar

i am in a bar full of people killing their bodies
in a world that murders the soul.
i feel at home here.
the air is clean with honesty as in a locker room
after the team has lost.
the clock is ten minutes fast because
we are ahead of our times and the first to die.
in this tiny terminal,
no matter how stupid and cruel people can be,
the world is safe.
i am in a bar which fills me with bodies
in a mind which launches the soul.
