A New Day Tricia LaRose Vicedomine

Humble is thy , breath full of words,
Bequeath thee ever more

Essence the floral blossoms of Spring,
It is you that I love and adore...

Quaint is the mystical mountainous cove,
Drenched with moss, which tears virgin rains,

And soft is the whisper of mornings first glow ,
In the echo of heaven’s first gains..

It is here I am driven to capture and lust
Nature’s mind which has wonders and ways...

and I contemplate still all of God’s given thrust
To deliver us all a new day

The Snow Flake Twirl

Tricia LaRose Vicedomine

Flutter the angels tears, the snowflakes dance and fall
Blanket the earth so pure , crisp solitude , white shawl

Stark is the virgin snow, untouched by human hands
Death as the silence grows, across the frigid lands

Void is the light of sun, replaced by grounded flakes
Moonlit glistened shine, removes the earth’s mistakes

So cover my world you will , with blankets grey and white
and dance little snowflake , twirl, the world is yours tonight.

The Season’s Playwright

Tricia LaRose Vicedomine

Foliage bursts from autumn’s trees, palettes of red and gold
And fallen leaves in winters wake, of silent greys, behold

Softness born of Springs display, natures window gently opens
Summers green reminds us all, of mother nature’s tokens

Life shines in the harvest season, where extended families gather
And winter steals a loved one, into place of ever after

Innocence bears a blessed child, Spring’s renewel of joy and song
And the seasons show us life’s design, while we all just play along.
