statue i think of statues of greek gods they were what people could aspire to be they were something to strive for and i’ve had no inspiration other than my own mind and i’ve created my own images to keep me going and i’ve succeeded i’ve done it all i’ve got the fame, the fortune and now i look around and all i see is destruction i see the ruins of a fallen age and i just want to see that statue it’s so vivid in my mind and i know it has to be out there somewhere but i’ve been working so hard so long that i forgot about the light at the end of the tunnel and now i don’t know where to look Copyright Janet Kuypers.
