Welcome to the Poetic License open mic 4/5/20 home edition for safety in the social distancing

The April 5th 2020 Poetic License open mic in Austin Texas could not be held at its usual Recycled Reads public bookstore because of the social distancing mandate due to the Covid19/ Coronavirus outbreak, so to bring everyone together, host Janet Kuypers started a Facebook event page for this venue, and at the usual start time (3:30 PM CST April 5th 2020) it became public for anyone to post poetry, prose, or music via text, audio files or video uploads. This Facebook event page also expands Poetic License beyond Austin, because anyone is welcome to share at this space. Janet Kuypers started the time with a live Facebook video feed, where she read 3 poems (like the usual 3-poem time limits guidelines in Poetic License monthly round-robin readings), and then uploaded videos that were longer, of poetry readings from not only April 2020 Scars Publications literary magazine/ISBN# Amazon books, but also of April poetry readings from a calendar/events poetry book.
