In an effort to get chemists together to listen to listen to Periodic Table of Poetry poems (and in an effort to get Chicago poets up to Kenosha to visit the Brat Stop), Janet Kuypers set up this get-together for requests for Periodic Table of Poetry poem readings (which are written in her effort to write a poem for every element in the Periodic Table; now that there are only 13 elements to go, they will later become a book), everyone had a great afternoon at the Brat Stop during “Chemistry, Poetry and a Brat”.

Because people were talking and eating throughout the 4+ hour get-together, there is no one long video recording of a “performance” (as video recordings were broken dow into five separate readings. (And because these were request-only readings, there was no chapbook created for this more impromptu reading set.)
