Questions in a World Withough Answers was a live performance art show held at The Cafe, at 5115 North Lincoln Ave. (just south of Foster) in Chicago, IL on October 5, 2004. This live show was conducted with a voice-altering effects mixing board, as Janet Kuypers read stories, poems and parts of poems. Background instrumentals from Laurie Anderson tracks were samples and piped in quietly in the background. Charlie Newman (the Host of Tuesday Night Poetry open mic The Cafe and radio host of the now defunct The Cafe Poetry Circus on WZRD, 88.3 FM) even stated after seeing this performance that “Janet Kuypers, QUEEN OF MULTIMEDIA, gave the best feature I’ve ever seen her give last Tuesday @ The Cafe. For real!
