Everyone knows it is impolite to refuse a guest.
The aqueducts extend an invitation with their watery hands.
Destruction is a welcome visitor within insufficient barricades.
It is armed with arms.

There is always a wind
to ruffle skirts
and scatter papers,
inciting pursuit.
