Janet Kuypers hosts & reads poetry at “February 2019 Book Release Reading” live at Half Price Books 2/6/19 in Austin

February 6th marked the February 2019 Book Release Reading, where Janet Kuypers not only hosts the monthly venue Community Poetry at Half Price Books (5555 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX), but also had an opportunity to sit at a table with poets and shoppers and read in 4 separate readings.     Janet Kuypers had the opportunity to read from recent book releases from Scars Publications. In this reading at Half Price Books (5555 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX), Janet started by reading two poems read from her interview/journal/poetry book “In Depth” (the last two poems she had never read in a reading live from the book), then she took time to read a #metoo essay/letter and a poem from the new cc&d book “Save the World”, the poetry from the new Down in the Dirt book “Fallen Kingdom”, then poetry from two different performance art shows that appeared in the Down in the Dirt issue book “Ornament”, and also performance art poetry from the cc&d issue book “This is Where I Live”.     Below are video and writing links to the live performance of poetry readings from February 6th 2019 (2/6/19, or 20190206) for the Community Poetry at Half Price Books in Austin event.
