What Have I Won

December 31, 1998

There is so much
That I have wanted
And there is so little

That I have actually
Received

And there is so much
That I have hated

And there is nothing
I can do
And there is nothing more
I can ask

I know that much

they have tried to take away
my brain from me
but lucky for me,
I fought to get it back

and lucky for me
I won

But what have I won
What

***

What Have I Won

(edited)

there is so much I have hated
there is nothing I can do

they have tried to take away
my brain
but lucky for me,
I fought to get it back

and lucky for me
I think I won

but what have I won
what
